IN THE MATTER OF PROVIDING SUPPLEMENTAL GUIDELINES TO RESOLUTION NO. 9443 AS AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NO. 9474

WHEREAS, the Commission on Elections (Commission) promulgated on June 8, 2012 Resolution No. 9443 entitled, “SUSPENSION OF THE SYSTEM OF CONTINUING REGISTRATION OF VOTERS AND VALIDATION OF REGISTRATION RECORDS IN SUCH AREAS AS MAY BE DETERMINED BY THE COMMISSION”, as amended by Resolution No. 9474, wherein the Commission suspended the conduct of registration of voters and validation of registration records beginning June 25, 2012 to July 31, 2012;
WHEREAS, in said Resolution the Commission resolved to reset the July 16, 2012 Election Registration Board (ERB) hearing to August 20, 2012;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Commission, RESOLVED, as it hereby RESOLVES, to fix the period of activities relative to the hearing to be conducted by the ERB in accordance with the following schedule;.
