Cruz/Avenida, take a Pier-South jeepney; get down at the Palacio del Gobernador building from Taft Avenue, take a ride to the Manila Post Office; from there, take a Pier-South jeepney; get down at the Palacio del Gobernador building from Delpan, take a Pier-South jeepney; get down at the Manila-BIR building; take a Lawton-Post Office jeepney; get down at the Palacio del Gobernador building NOTE: You may just walk across to the COMELEC building from the Manila-BIR building.
