Prospective bidders are hereby notified of the following clarifications to the Invitation to Apply for Eligibility and to Bid as agreed upon during the recently concluded PRE-BID CONFERENCE held yesterday, 07 April 2005.
The pertinent portion of the Invitation to Bid is hereby amended to read as follows:

LAN CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENT as previously publicized. Please be guided accordingly.
