All bidders in the information and dissemination campaign for the Overseas Absentee Voting Registration of Voters to Filipino audiences abroad,
are hereby notified that the schedule for the submission of media proposal, financial bids and other bid documents (eligibility documents, etc.) has
been extended to 2 May 2005, Monday, from 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. The opening of bids shall follow immediately thereafter, to be held at the BAC
Secretariat Office located at the 7th Floor Palacio del Gobernador, Intramuros, Manila, by reason of the letters dated 27 April 2005 of ABS-CBN Global Ltd.
and GMA Pinoy TV requesting for a 6 (six) days and one (1) day extension, respectively.
Due to urgency and aggravated by time constraints, no further extension shall be entertained by the Bids and Awards Committee.
