All bidders for the supply and delivery of Voter's Registration Record and VRR ID with plastic laminating film are hereby notified that the schedule for the Opening of Bids (Technical Proposal) has been re-set on 4 January 2006 at 2:00P.M., BAC Secretariat Room, 7th Floor Palacio del Gobernador, Intramuros, Manila.
Notice is likewise given that ALL BIDDERS rated PASSED shall be required to conduct actual demonstration on the printing process from beginning to end pursuant to the Memorandum of Commissioner Rufino S.B. Javier, CIC-BAC dated December 21, 2005 starting on the 9 up to 13 January 2006. The Printing Equipment (machine) and all the ancillary machine shall be brought to the COMELEC OFFICE at the 7th Floor, ITD Office, Palacio del Gobernador, where the actual demonstration shall be held.
