All bidders for the supply and delivery of Voter’s Registration Record and VRR ID with plastic laminating film are hereby notified that the schedule for the Opening of Bids (Technical Proposal) on January 4, 2005 at 2:00 pm is hereby reset until further notice due to lack of quorum of the Members of the Bids and Awards Committee.
