Pursuant to Section 22.5 (Supplemental/Bid Bulletins) of Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184, all bidders for the supply and delivery of Voter's Registration Record and VRR ID with plastic laminating film are hereby notified of the following clarifications or modifications of the Invitation to Apply for Eligibility and to Bid:
