March 10, 2008 Public Bidding for the Automation of the 2008 ARMM Elections

     The public is hereby notified of the following clarifications on the Invitation to Apply for Eligibility and to Bid for the procurement of goods and services for the automation of the 11 August 2008 ARMM Elections, as posted in the GEPS website:

  1. The delivery period is 72 days from the Issuance of the Notice to Proceed, as stated in Part IV-F. General Implementation Calendar, page 55, of the Request for Proposal (RFP), wherein delivery and testing of systems is scheduled from 26 May 2008 to 13 June 2008.

  2. The three-year “delivery period”, as indicated in the GEPS website, refers to the minimum three-year warranty period required for all equipment and software for Lot 2-B (Consolidation/Canvassing System) and Lot 3 (Systems Integration and Overall Project Management).
