Within three (3) days from receipt of this Notice of Award, your firm shall post with the Commission a performance security in an amount equivalent to five percent (5%) of the contract price in form of either cash or manager’s check/cashier’s check payable to the Commission on Elections. Your failure to post the requisite performance security shall be ground for the annulment of this award and forfeiture of your bid security.
