No. SP2009-01) comprising of the following components:

Within ten (10) days from receipt of this Notice of Award, your joint venture shall post with the Commission a performance security in the amount equivalent to five percent (5%) of the total contract price in the form of manager's or cashier's check payable to Commission on Elections. Your failure to post the requisite performance security shall be ground for the annulment of this award and forfeiture of your bid security.
