In connection with the 22 June 2009 Pre-Bid Conference anent the subject procurement, the public and the prospective bidders are hereby informed of the following matters:

1. That the basis for the computation of the Bid Security is One Percent (1%) of the Approved Budget per lot.

2.To add the phrase "or at the Bidder's option, a commitment from a licensed bank to extend a credit line, in the event of an award in the Bidder's favor, which shall be at least equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Approved Budget of the Contract" as additional requirement in No.2, Financial Documents, Bidder's Checklist for Eligibility Requirements.

3. In the Authority of Signatory, to require a Board Resolution or Secretary's Certificate in case the bidder is a corporation or partnership. In case the bidder is a single proprietorship, to require Special Power of Attorney (SPA) in the absence of the proprietor.

4. To add as No. 9 requirement in the Legal Documents of the Bidder's Checklist Eligibility Requirements the phrase "All prospective bidders in Lot one (1) should submit certification as the authorized reseller of Lexmark Distributor or a Letter of Authenticity issued by the Lexmark Distributor stating that the ribbons to be delivered are genuine and new stocks."

5. To add as No.10 requirement in the Legal Documents of the Bidder's Checklist for Eligibility Requirements the phrase "All prospective bidders in lot four (4) must be licensed importers and distributors of Compact Discs-Recordable (CD-R) as approved by the Optical Media Board."
