In connection with the 15 June 2009 Pre-Bid Conference anent the subject procurement, the public and the prospective bidders are hereby informed of the following matters:

1) To reiterate item 6.2 of the Special Conditions of Contract that the awardee shall deliver the full quantity of the items/articles subject matter of the contract together with its individual license to the COMELEC as an entity and not to individuals and/or specific employees of the COMELEC.

2) To change the word "sight" to "pull" in item No.13 of LOT 1 of the Technical Specifications making item No. 13 to now read as "smooth trigger pull".

3) To require the "imported full metal jacket ammunitions" stated in item No. 22 of Lot 1 of the Technical Specifications to have at least "thirty three (33) rounds per unit".

4. That the "Full metal jacket ammunitions (imported)" stated in item No. 23, Lot 2 of the Technical Specifications be part of the "1,000 rounds of ammunitions for caliber 5.56 or 223 Remington" stated in item No. 7, Lot 2 of the Technical Specifications.

5. To require the "Imported full metal jacket ammunitions" stated in item No. 15, Lot 3 of the Technical Specifications to have at least fifty-one (51) rounds.

6. To add the requirement "Imported full metal jacket ammunitions (fifty (50) rounds per unit)" as item No. 17 of Lot 4 of the Technical Specifications.

7. To put the Bid Submission Sheet together with that of financial proposal.
