Pursuant to the Comelec Resolution No. 10-0248 dated 15 February 2010, you are hereby notified that the Commission AWARDS to your firm the contract for the supply and delivery of the following:

Within three (3) days from receipt of this Notice of Award, your firm shall post with the Commission a performance security in the amount equivalent to five percent (5%) of the contract price or Two Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos Only (P280,000.00) in the form of either cash or manager’s/cashier’s check payable to Commission on Elections. Your failure to post the requisite performance security shall be ground for the annulment of this award.
