Pursuant to the BAC Resolution No. 67-2010 dated 12 January 2010 and approved by the Commission En Banc on 14 January 2010, you are hereby notified that the Commission AWARDS to your firm the contract for the printing and delivery of the following:

Within ten (10) days from receipt of this Notice of Award, your firm shall post with the Commission a performance security in the amount equivalent to five percent (5%) of the contract price or Eight Hundred Ninety Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (P892,500.00) in the form of either cash, manager's/cashier's check and bank draft/guarantee confirmed by a universal or commercial bank payable to Commission on Elections. Your failure to post the requisite performance security shall be ground for the annulment of this award.
