Within three (3) days from the receipt of this Notice of Award, your firm shall post with the Commission thru our Cash Division, ASD a Performance Security in an amount of Three Hundred Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred Eleven Pesos and Five Centavos (Php. 311,911.05) equivalent to five percent (5%) of the contract price in the form of either cash or manager's check/ cashier's check payable to the Commission on Elections. Your failure to post the requisite Performance Security shall be ground for the annulment of this award.
