Pursuant to Comelec Resolution No. 10-0350 dated 15 March 2010 and Comelec Resolution No. 8827 promulgated 27 April 2010, you are hereby notified that the Commission AWARDS to your firm the contract for the supply and delivery of the following:

Within five (5) days from receipt of this Notice of Award, your firm shall post with the Commission a performance security in the amount equivalent to five percent (5%) of the contract price in the form of either cash or manager’s/cashier’s check payable to Commission on Elections. Your failure to post the requisite performance security shall be ground for the annulment of this award.
