Within ten (10) days from receipt of this Notice of Award, your firm shall post with the Commission a performance security in the amount equivalent to five percent (5%) of the contract price or Two Hundred Forty Four Thousand Four Hundred Forty Pesos Only (P244,440.00) in the form of either cash, manager's/cashier's check and bank draft/guarantee confirmed by a universal or commercial bank payable to Commission on Elections. Your failure to post the requisite performance security shall be ground for the annulment of this award.
