Pursuant to BAC Resolution No. 95-2010 dated 24 March 2010 and approved by the Commission En Banc on 24 March 2010, you are hereby notified that the Commission AWARDS to your firm the CONTRACT FOR THE TRACKING AND DELIVERY SERVICES OF OFFICIAL BALLOTS for the May 10, 2010 Automated Elections, amounting to FOUR HUNDRED NINETY NINE MILLION ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN PESOS AND 87/100 (Php499,180,327.87)

Within ten (10) days from receipt of this Notice of Award, your firm shall post with the Commission a performance security in the amount equivalent to five percent (5%) of the contract price in the form of either cash, manager’s/cashier’s check and bank draft/guarantee confirmed by a universal or commercial bank payable to Commission on Elections. Your failure to post the requisite performance security shall be ground for the annulment of this award.
