Pursuant to the approved BAC Resolution No. 61-2009 dated 5 January 2010 by the Commission En Banc, you are hereby notified that the Commission AWARDS to your firm the contract for the printing and delivery of the following:

Within three (3) days from receipt of this Notice of Award, your firm shall post with the Commission a performance security in the amount equivalent to five percent (5%) of the contract price or Ten Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Pesos Only (P10,530.00) in the form of either cash, manager's/cashier's check and bank draft/guarantee confirmed by a universal or commercial bank payable to Commission on Elections. Your failure to post the requisite performance security shall be ground for the annulment of this award.
