Pursuant to Comelec Resolution No. 8863 promulgated May 5, 2010, you are hereby notified that the Commission AWARDS to your firm the contract for the printing and delivery of the following:

Within two (2) days from receipt of this Notice of Award, your firm shall post with the Commission a performance security in the amount equivalent to five percent (5%) of the contract price in the form of either cash, manager’s/cashier’s check and bank draft/guarantee confirmed by a universal or commercial bank payable to Commission on Elections. Your failure to post the requisite performance security shall be ground for the annulment of this award.
