Pursuant to BAC Resolution No. 87-2010 dated 5 March 2010 and approved by the Commission En Banc on 24 March 2010, you are hereby notified that the Commission AWARDS to your firm the contract for the printing and delivery of the following:

| Uncoated self-adhesive paper; one side printing; size: 2” x 4” with the following security features; thermochromic ink, visible security fibers and thermally fused hologram strip with customized Comelec marking; thermally fused hologram strip is 9mm. The required range of temperature for the “thermochromic ink” is 35 degrees and reversible ink. security fiber can be of any color, provided it is visible. Paper seal should be uncoated wood free paper and brown kraft backing liner. Should be acrylic hot melt adhesive. Paper seal should have an assigned serial number. Thermally fused hologram should be end to end from top to bottom of paper seal. Thermochromic ink should be used on the logo only. |

Within ten (10) days from receipt of this Notice of Award, your firm shall post with the Commission a performance security in the amount equivalent to five percent (5%) of the contract price in the form of either cash, manager’s/cashier’s check and bank draft/guarantee confirmed by a universal or commercial bank payable to Commission on Elections. Your failure to post the requisite performance security shall be ground for the annulment of this award.
