Relative to the above-subject procurement, the public and the prospective bidders are hereby informed of the following matters:

1. That in the evaluation of prospective bidder’s Single Largest Contract, the contract should involve a sale of indelible ink and/or a product composed of silver nitrate and ink.


2. That the container of indelible ink should be without side and side bottom seams.


3. That the scheduled 10 March 2010 Submission of Application for Eligibility and to Bid and Opening of Bids for the above-subject procurement is moved to 11 March 2010 at 10 am, COMELEC Session Hall, 8th Floor, Palacio del Gobernador, Intramuros, Manila.


4. That the Bidding Documents for the above-subject procurement can be purchased until 11 March 2010.
