In Connection with the procurement of the 900 pieces of Laser Toners, the public and the prospective bidders are hereby informed of the additional requirements, to wit:

| Printer will be provided by the provider | |
| Printer Specifications: | |
| - 17 units of laser printer @ 24ppm (minimum) | |
| - 600 dpi resolution | |
| - Interface USB port with cable/Ethernet | |
| - Free standby on-site technical personnel support during printing session | |
| - Printing period is approximately 30 days | |
| - After the printing period one (1) printer shall stay at Comelec office for the consumption of the remaining toners |
