2. That the scheduled 16 February 2010 Submission of Application for Eligibility and to Bid and Opening of Bids of the above-subject procurement is moved to 17 February 2010 at 2 pm at the COMELEC Session Hall, 8th Floor, Palacio del Gobernador, Intramuros, Manila.
