Relative to above-subject procurement, the public and the prospective bidders are hereby informed of the following matters:

1. That the scanning speed of the copier remains 70 opm.


2. That the “by-pass tray capacity” may include additional by-pass trays to compensate the capacity deficiency of the machine’s by-pass tray and make sure that its addition will not affect the performance of the machine as against the other specifications.


3. That the discontinued models are not acceptable. Brand new should mean the latest model.


4. That the “automatic reverse feeder” means that the machine can photocopy back to back automatically.


5. the machine must be able to enlarge and reduce a copy.
