Relative to above-subject procurement, the public and the prospective bidders are hereby informed of the following matters:

1. That there are no changes or modifications made as to the specifications issued in Bulletin No. 2 relative to this procurement.


2. That the scheduled 04 March 2010 Submission of Application for Eligibility and to Bid and Opening of Bids of the above-subject procurement is reset to 11 March 2010 at 2pm, COMELEC Session Hall, 8th Floor, Palacio del Gobernador, Intramuros, Manila.


3. That the Bidding Documents for this procurement can be purchased until 11 March 2010.
