Considering that the Committee on Specifications are still deliberating on the queries raised by the prospective bidders during the 16 February 2010 Pre-Bidding Conference, the scheduled 24 February 2010 Submission of Application for Eligibility and to Bid and Opening of Bids for Lot No.2 (Paper Seals) of this procurement, is reset to 03 March 2010 at 2pm, COMELEC Session Hall, 8th Floor, Palacio del Gobernador, Intramuros, Manila.
