Relative to the Bid Bulletin No. 3 issued by the BAC on 13 February 2010 for the above-subject procurement, the public and the prospective bidders are hereby informed of the following matters:

  1. To change the words “THREE KEYS per padlock” written in No.4, Bid Bulletin No. 3, to “ONE KEY per padlock”.

  2. To correct the spelling of “Steal Wire-exterior” written in No.6, Bid Bulletin No.3, to “Steel Wire-exterior”.

  3. To change the words “THREE KEYS per padlock” written in No.10, Bid Bulletin No. 3, to “ONE KEY per padlock”.

  4. To change the words “THREE KEYS per padlock” written in No.15, Bid Bulletin No. 3, to “ONE KEY per padlock”.
