2. That the scheduled 01 March 2010 Submission of Application for Eligibility and to Bid and Openings of Bids for the procurement of the above-subject services is moved to 09 March 2010 at 2 pm at the COMELEC Session Hall, 8th Floor, Palacio del Gobernador, Intramuros, Manila.
