Considering that the Packaging of the Official Ballots has already been awarded by the Comelec En Banc, the public and the prospective bidders are hereby informed that the procurement for the Packaging, Tracking and Transporting of the Official Ballots has been suspended. The BAC is now awaiting approval by the Head of the Procuring Entity (HOPE) on its recommendations to allow the withdrawal of the prospective bidders’ payment for the bid documents.
