Relative to the above-subject procurement, the public and the prospective bidders are hereby informed of the following matters:

1. To delete the phrase “The following solvents: Ethyl alcohol, benzene, gasoline, soap, solvent” written under Lot No.2 (720,000 bottles Indelible Stain ink) of the Bid Data Sheet.


2. To insert the figures “A6” before the words “Local or…” written in the first sentence of Lot No. 4- 360,000 pieces Thumbprint/Fingerprint Takers of the Bid Data Sheet.


3. To change the whole paragraph of Lots 5 and 6 of the Bid Data Sheet to “Self-Locking Serially Numbered Security Seals (Plastic Security Seals for PCOS)- made of yellow PA66 (polyamide); 120mm length; with adjustable belt; COMELEC name; serially numbered. Seal with Steel Wire – exterior lock made of yellow plastic; length of 300mm; diameter of wire 2.5 -3.5mm; tensile strength F>5000N; with COMELEC name; serially numbered.”


4. As a consequence, the changes of specifications of the aforementioned Bid Data Sheet are also true to other sections of the Bidding Documents of this procurement.
