Relative to the above-subject procurement, the public and the prospective bidders are hereby informed of the following matters:

1. That the scheduled 03 March 2010 Submission of Application for Eligibility and to Bid and Opening of Bids for Lot No.2 (Indelible Ink) of the above-subject procurement is moved to 10 March 2010 at 2 pm, COMELEC Session Hall, 8th Floor, Palacio del Gobernador, Intramuros, Manila.


2. That the Bidding Documents for Lot No. 2 (Indelible Ink) of this procurement can be purchased until 10 March 2010.


3. That the prospective bidder must submit a certification certifying that the indelible stain ink will expire not earlier than the last day of the election period.
