Rule 13
Prohibited Pleadings

      Section 1. What Pleadings are not Allowed. - The following pleadings are not allowed:

1. motion to dismiss;
   
   
2. motion for a bill of particulars;
   
   
3. motion for extension of time to file memorandum or brief;
   
   
4. motion for reconsideration of an en banc ruling, resolution, order or decision except in election offense cases;
   
   
5. motion for re-opening or re-hearing of a case;
   
   
6. reply in special actions and in special cases; and
   
   
7. supplemental pleadings in special actions and in special cases.
