       Accordingly, you are hereby required to provide within three (3) days the Performance Security equivalent to at least five percent (5%) of the above contract price, or a total of not less than Php 359,574,236.97, in the form of either cash or manager’s check, cashier’s check, bank draft or irrevocable letter of credit, in favor of the Commission on Elections. Failure to post the required Performance Security shall constitute sufficient ground for the immediate cancellation of this award and forfeiture of your Bid Security.
