TO: ALL ACCREDITED POLITICAL PARTIES SECTORAL PARTY/ORNAGINZATION OR COALITION PARTICIPATING UNDER THE PARTY-LIST SYSTEM OF REPRESENTATION CITIZENS ARM

G R E E T I N G S:

       Pursuant to Section 41(1) of Comelec Resolution No. 87501 promulgated on January 27, 2010, NOTICE is hereby given that the Committee on Overseas Absentee Voting (COAV) will start the preparation and sending of mailing packets containing among others, the official ballots to overseas absentee voters in connection with the May 10, 2010 National and Local Elections on February 10, 2010 until all the mailing packets are dispatched.

       In this connection, please appoint your watchers to witness the aforesaid proceedings at the COAV Mailing Center, Philippine Post Building, Liwasang Bonifacio, Manila and submit their names together with the copies of their appointment papers to the COAV at the 7th Floor, Palacio del Gobernador, Intramuros, Manila.
