       Please be informed that the Committee on Overseas Absentee Voting (COAV) will transport the official ballots intended for Postal Voting from the National Printing Office, Quezon City to the OAV-Mailing Center at the Philippine Post Office Bldg., Liwasang Bonifacio, Manila on 10 February 2010 at 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon.
