TO: ALL ACCREDITED POLITICAL PARTIES SECTORAL PARTY/ORGANIZATION OR COALITION PARTICIPATING UNDER THE PARTY-LIST SYSTEM OF REPRESENTATION CITIZENS ARM

G R E E T I N G S:

       Please be informed that the shipping of Official Ballots for overseas absentee voting, in connection with the conduct of the 2010 National and Local Elections will start on Monday, 22 March 2010, at 5:00 P.M., from the Office of the Committee on Overseas Absentee Voting (COAV) 7th flr. Palacio del Gobernador Bldg., Intramuros, Manila to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Said Official Ballots are bound for the Philippine Embassies and General Consulates abroad.

       Kindly send your authorized representatives to NPO, with valid indentification cards, to witness said deployment, which shall be done through DHL Express and FEDEX.
