Palacio del Gobernador Bldg., Intramuros, Manila to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Said Official Ballots are bound for the Philippine Embassies and General Consulates abroad.
Kindly send your authorized representatives to NPO, with valid indentification cards, to witness said deployment, which shall be done through DHL Express and FEDEX.
