  • WHAT is I-Vote?
  • Short for Internet Voting, it is voting through the Internet.

  • WHO may participate in I-Vote?
  • All registered overseas absentee voters (OAV) in Singapore in 2003 and 2006.

  • WHERE can you I-Vote?


      • From any computer with Internet connection.

      • Also at the Philippine Embassy, from Sunday to Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
        (There are computers that you can use for practice, before actually I-voting.)

  • WHEN can you I-Vote?
  • Any time from July 20, 2007 - 7:00 AM to August 8, 2007 - 3:00 PM.

  • HOW can you I-Vote?

    1. log in to the COMELEC website, and click on the link to the INTERNET VOTING site

    2. sign up, and get your PIN and password

    3. vote using your PIN and password

      1. select up to 12 senatorial candidates

      2. select 1 party-list candidate

      3. confirm your selected candidates

    4. print your voting receipt

    5. answer the survey
