At 10:00 a.m. on 5 December 2005 , all applications for registration/certification as overseas absentee voters which were filed from 1 to 31 October 2005 shall be heard by the Resident Election Registration Board (RERB) of the Commission on Elections at the RERB Room, 7 th floor Palacio del Gobernador Bldg., Intramuros, Manila .      Interested and concerned parties may file their opposition to any of the applications until 28 November 2005 . The list of names of applicants on a Post by Post basis is herein attached for your reference.
