| The Committee on Overseas Absentee Voting (COAV) recently had a dialogue with Ms. Linda Edgeworth and Ms. Beverly Hagedorn Thakur of the International Foundation for Election Systems (IFES) to discuss possible inputs for the amendment of the OAV law specifically drawing from the vast experiences and expertise of the the two (2) election consultants in the conduct and implementation of elections in several parts of the world. |
