| Ms. Joey Albert, a renowned and multi-awarded singer, now based in Canada, has graciously accepted the invitation of the Vancouver Philippine Consulate General (PCG) to spearhead its campaign on the Dual Citizenship and the Overseas Absentee Voting projects of the government in British Columbia, Canada.
