| The Comelec, DFA and the POEA inaugurated the COMELEC-DFA-POEA Registration Center for Overseas Absentee Voters last 17 October 2005. Comm. F.A.Tuason, Jr. and Undersecretary Rafael E. Seguis of the DFA and Chairman of the Overseas Absentee Voting Secretariat (DFA-OAVS) attended the flag raising ceremony at the POEA. They were joined by the members of the COAV and the DFA-OAVS staff. |
