Having Trouble Logging In

There are several reasons why you may not be able to log in to the Internal Website:


  • You don't have a username and password yet

    This means that you are a new user and therefore you need to register first and validate your COMELEC employment status. You will be directed to the New User page to create an account.

  • You forgot your password

    The user will be asked to provide his username and the email address that was used during registration. There will be a verification process before a new password will be sent to the registered e-mail address.

  • You forgot your username

    The user would need to provide some details in his profile information in order to verify his identity.

  • You encountered some other problems that are not listed here

    The user will be directed to a Feedback Form to provide the details of the problem encountered. The Web Development Team will contact you either via e-mail or via your contact number to resolve your problem.
