The public is hereby notified that the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), through the Disposal Committee, will be having an “AUCTION SALE” of unserviceable and disposable equipment and materials pursuant to Minute Resolution No. 11-1063 dated October 25, 2011, to wit:
Date of Auction: 22 December 2011
Time: 10:00 a.m.
Venue: Conference Room, Office of the ASD Director, 2nd Floor, Shipping Centre Bldg.,
A. Soriano Avenue, Intramuros Manila
Viewing of unserviceable and disposable equipment and materials shall be for the period December 10 to 17, 2011, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The AUCTION SALE shall be on a “WHERE IS AS IS” basis. Auction documents will be available beginning December 9, 2011 until December 21, 2011, during regular office hours, at the COMELEC Disposal Committee Secretariat (CDCS) at the above stated address upon payment of a non-refundable fee of one thousand pesos (Php 1,000.00) with the COMELEC Cash Division, Administrative Services Department, located at the Ground Floor, COMELEC Annex Building, Postigo Cor.
