1.0 PURPOSE
This circular is being issued in connection with the coverage of Resolution No. 7542 entitled: RULES AND REGULATIONS IMPLEMENTING REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9006, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE "FAIR ELECTION ACT" IN RELATION TO THE AUGUST 8, 2005 ARMM ELECTIONS AND SUBSEQUENT ELECTIONS.
2.0 APPPLICATION
Consistent with the above purpose, Resolution No. 7542 promulgated on July 21, 2005 applies to all succeeding elections to be conducted by the Commission on Elections in relation to the approved Calendar of Activities for a particular election.
3.0 DISSEMINATION
The Executive Director shall disseminante this Circular immediately.
