IN THE MATTER OF THE REASSIGNMENT OF SOME OF THE SENIOR OFFICIALS OF THE MAIN OFFICE;
AND TERMINATION OF THE REASSIGNMENT OF DIRECTOR FERDINAND T. RAFANAN AS
COMELEC-DOJ JOINT COMMITTEE MEMBER (RESOLUTION 9267)

After due deliberation and for the best interest of the Commission, the Commission RESOLVED, as it hereby RESOLVES, to reassign, effective immediately:

RESOLVED, moreover, to designate Atty. Maria Norina Tangaro- Casingal as Acting Director III, Law Department, effective immediately.

RESOLVED, finally, that the re-assignment of Director Ferdinand T. Rafanan as Member of the COMELEC-DOJ Joint Committee to investigate the 2004 and 2007 election fraud and irregularities pursuant to Resolution No. 9267 is hereby pre-terminated, effective immediately.

This Resolution Supersedes any order/resolution inconsistent herewith.

Let the Executive Director and the Personnel Department implement this Resolution.
